As you may have heard, Governor Kemp has given dates for a soft reopening of our state’s businesses. These dates do include plans for churches and there has been some discussion and speculation on when we will return to worshipping together.
Please know that we want desperately to be able to see your faces in person and hug you and sit in worship with you again. However, gathering together should not come at the risk of our health, especially for our older and immunocompromised members.
Therefore, we will continue to worship online for the foreseeable future. The recommended shelter in place guidelines for senior citizens extends through May 13th and after that date we will revisit plans for joining together in person again.
Our prayer is that you are safe, well, and at peace during this time of upheaval and change. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you always. Keep Rev. Richard and the worship team in your prayers as we continue to navigate the changing circumstances.
Be assured, beloved, we will worship together again.
